When you use FranchiseKing forms, we may collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, province, business details, investment range, enquiry type, message, newsletter consent and franchise-readiness preferences.

Please do not submit sensitive financial documents, identity documents, bank statements, tax records, medical information or confidential franchise documents through general website forms unless FranchiseKing has specifically requested them through an approved secure process.

FranchiseKing may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, form security, email delivery, automation, content processing and database storage. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to FranchiseKing.
